Its arrived with no tags on it so not even sure it is genuine, it has a suction cup to stick him to a window but the item is ordered didn't have this
Very deceitful. This onesie does not come with the paws and does not match the photo. It also came ripped with holes. I have written to them and I do not receive any response… really disappointing
teddy was delivered ripped and was stuffed into a tiny parcel so the neck bent and won’t stay up
Tiny “night light” the only thing that lights up is a small circle on its back! Nothing like the photo. Cheap item not worth more than £1.
The quality of the bag is terrible. It does look very cheap. £40 for this bag is a rip off, honestly.
This is not the same plushie as advertised it’s cheap and tacky looking and not worth the money.
£25, took ages to come. Not as described
Arrived with a hole in it and the material at the mouth is uneven , can you offer any assistance??
This is not product that was in the pictures on the website. Feel conned.
I have already contacted you via the email you provided and not received a response. The plushie does not match the photo on the website and is a cheap duplicate with poor quality stitching and not what was advertised. I asked to return the toy for full refund as it was not what I paid for. However have recieved no response at all
It’s not official merchandise and is counterfeit. It’s very cheap quality and stitching is wrong and falling apart. The toy supplied is not the same one in the photos. I contacted the website which hasn’t answered. I will be trying to get the transaction reversed as that’s the only option left. Don’t spend here, fake goods!
Bad quality, contacted you for refund you confirmed from images it was poor quality then when I said I will return but because really poor quality I would like shipping costs to return there was no email reply since December
This item is not an “official” plush from Pokemon. Upon receipt, it was clear that the item is not worth the price sold at and looks like a counterfeit item that you can get from Chinese knockoff websites for a fraction of the price. Even the tag looks like a blurry printout. I wanted to return the item but the postage must be tracked and is international and would cost almost £10 which is not worth it as then I would only be recouped almost half the cost of the bad quality item. I should add that they try to drag it on so you exceed their refund period and so you have to waste much time with back and forth emails to get your problem dealt with. I would strongly recommend to avoid shopping st this site unless you are looking for poor knockoffs, but then you can get this cheaper elsewhere!
Purchased for my girlfriend. Very happy. Quality is good. Cubone's helmet / mask is removable if you want to take it off, but stays on securely as well. Took around 3 weeks to arrive (though this was just prior to Christmas so may have been one of the reasons for more lengthy time to wait). For me, this time waited wasn't an issue anyway, especially as the product is as described. Would purchase again.
Were exactly as pictured. So glad as well, the slippers were always sold out but managed to snag a pair.
Very comfy and good quality
He loves his Mew very very much.
Absolutely stunning in hand! Great quality!!
Terrible. Item did not match description. Poorly made & was meant to be 29cm but was 20cm. I tried to return with no communication from seller so I disputed with my bank. Do not buy from this seller!
Well it’s was in good enough condition? Thank you.🙂
I like the socks, but not received the slippers I ordered at the same time, I’ve emailed to see when they are coming but no response
Snorlax costume didn't come with the paws. Misleading photos. Was really excited for the paws :(
Tat in a plastic bag, don't even waste your money! £20 for a toy that you could win for £1 on a hook a duck. Avoid and save your money
I bought it for hallowe’en but I wore it to my younger cousins Pokémon themed birthday party as a surprise and he and the other kids loved it
This plush is fantastic! The colors are vibrant, and it's extremely huggable. It's a great addition to my Pokémon collection, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase

I bought this Eevee plush for my niece's birthday, and she was thrilled!
I've been a Pokémon fan for years, and this Eevee plush is an absolute gem! The material is incredibly soft and perfect for cuddling. The attention to detail on Eevee's features is spot-on, making it look just like the character from the games and anime. It's the perfect size to sit on my bed or desk. I highly recommend this to any Pokémon enthusiast or anyone looking for a cute, high-quality plush toy!
The quality is great and it's the perfect size for displaying on my desk. It brings a smile to my face every time I see it
I bought both the Lapras and Charizard plushes for my kids, and they absolutely love them! The Lapras plush is so soft and cuddly, and the colors are vibrant
