SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped by our teams within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pokemon Shop offers deliveries to the following geographical areas: UNITED KINGDOM.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.
During peak times, order preparation may take 96 hours or 4 business days.
The choice of carrier as well as the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products, and the destination country.
OUR SHIPPING METHODS

Via Royal Mail (home delivery, pickup point, post office, 8 to 10 business days).

In some cases, we may use a different delivery company. However, the delivery time remains the same.
Some orders may be tied to multiple suppliers, and items will then be shipped separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for all orders placed on our website. pokemon-laden.com reserves the right to change or cancel these costs at short notice. This change does not require warning to the website's customers.
Under no circumstances can a third party request a refund of shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Shipping cost information will be displayed at the top of each page of the website and during the order confirmation phase.
RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items received faulty
If your order is delivered to you wholly or partially faulty, you may be eligible for a return or refund of the items concerned. To do so, send us a message to the following email address: contact@the-pokemon-shop.com, including proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the confirmation email you received when placing your order) and a photo of the items concerned. Please also indicate in the message whether you wish to return or refund the defective items.
ORDER CANCELLATION (if applicable)
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email at contact@the-pokemon-shop.com.
The vast majority of in-stock items will be processed and/or shipped within 48 hours. It is essential that you contact us during this time so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
A request to cancel your order cannot be considered if it has already been processed.
EXCHANGE AND VOUCHER (if applicable)
Exchange your item for another size/color.
An exchange is only possible for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted as a rule. We recommend that you return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
Refund details and vouchers
By default, the refund method is credits.
If you wish to receive a refund to the payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us by email at contact@the-pokemon-shop.com. For orders exchanged or returned due to a manufacturer's defect, no restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be applied to the original order, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@the-pokemon-shop.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
