RETURN & REFUND
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving the goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization for return will not be accepted. Please be aware that shipping of your goods may take longer than expected if you do not reside in the United Kingdom.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the issue. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without giving any reason if the goods are being shipped to the European Union. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
