Arrived with a hole in it and the material at the mouth is uneven , can you offer any assistance??

I have already contacted you via the email you provided and not received a response. The plushie does not match the photo on the website and is a cheap duplicate with poor quality stitching and not what was advertised. I asked to return the toy for full refund as it was not what I paid for. However have recieved no response at all
It’s not official merchandise and is counterfeit. It’s very cheap quality and stitching is wrong and falling apart. The toy supplied is not the same one in the photos. I contacted the website which hasn’t answered. I will be trying to get the transaction reversed as that’s the only option left. Don’t spend here, fake goods!
Bad quality, contacted you for refund you confirmed from images it was poor quality then when I said I will return but because really poor quality I would like shipping costs to return there was no email reply since December
This item is not an “official” plush from Pokemon. Upon receipt, it was clear that the item is not worth the price sold at and looks like a counterfeit item that you can get from Chinese knockoff websites for a fraction of the price. Even the tag looks like a blurry printout. I wanted to return the item but the postage must be tracked and is international and would cost almost £10 which is not worth it as then I would only be recouped almost half the cost of the bad quality item. I should add that they try to drag it on so you exceed their refund period and so you have to waste much time with back and forth emails to get your problem dealt with. I would strongly recommend to avoid shopping st this site unless you are looking for poor knockoffs, but then you can get this cheaper elsewhere!
Purchased for my girlfriend. Very happy. Quality is good. Cubone's helmet / mask is removable if you want to take it off, but stays on securely as well. Took around 3 weeks to arrive (though this was just prior to Christmas so may have been one of the reasons for more lengthy time to wait). For me, this time waited wasn't an issue anyway, especially as the product is as described. Would purchase again.
Were exactly as pictured. So glad as well, the slippers were always sold out but managed to snag a pair.
